Chalmore House

Chalmore House is a Supported Living project run by Kcare Homes, providing active support and pleasant, comfortable accommodation for up to eleven adults (aged 18 to 65) with mental health needs.

Chalmore House is set in its own grounds and offers a range of well presented and comfortable accommodation. For those residents who require a higher degree of independence, there are 3 self-contained flats, each with their own entrance. They are all well appointed with a spacious living room/bedroom, kitchen and en suit bathroom with shower, hand basin and wc. The occupants of these flats enjoy are encouraged to be independent whilst still receiving floating support as well as having the reassurance of staff on site 24 hours a day.

A further 8 en suite bedrooms are spread across this large property with 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 4 on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own television point if the residents wish to have their own access to free view channels. The en suite bathrooms are equipped with shower, hand basin and wc. There are 2 kitchens and 2 lounges for the residents to socialise with each other. The kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances and each of the lounges is spacious and comfortably furnished with a large flat screen tv with satellite television as well as a broadband internet connection for the residents to enjoy.
